ATE Hardware Design

designwave can take your hardware test specifications and create a custom ATE design.

ATE Software Design

designwave will create ATE test software to fully automate the test process. Whether it is an Acceptance Test, or an Environmental Test that handles multiple units, designwave can create a test program with a user-friendly interface that will simplify and speed-up the test process with accuracy and repeatability.

All pass/fail test criteria is based on customer requirements. All test results, parameters, and measured values are stored in a local database for review and analysis.

Non-Production Test Software

ATE and Software design is not limited to production testing. An interface can be designed to allow real-time monitoring or manual control of the target device for development, engineering, or troubleshooting purposes. Software can be written to automate a Qualification, EMI, or Functional Verification Testing. Once the ATE hardware interface to the target device has been created, manually or automated control and monitoring of the Unit-Under-Test can be implemented in software.

Electronic Assembly

Full assembly, hardware/software integration, and verification services are also provided. If you have your own design and need it built-to-print, we can handle that too.
